By using VidLog ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
VidLog is a free, open-source, client-side video diary application. It runs entirely in your web browser. There is no backend server, no account system, and no centralized data storage.
All recordings and diary entries are stored locally on your device or, if you opt in, in your personal Google Drive account. You retain full ownership of your data at all times. We never have access to your content.

VidLog is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your data will be preserved. Browser storage (including OPFS) may be cleared by the browser under storage pressure.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of VidLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
VidLog's source code is available under the terms of its open-source license. These Terms of Service govern your use of the hosted application at vidlog.realsdx.com and do not supersede the software license.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
